Shipping to the USA All trunk luggage carriers are shipped from our UK based warehouse. Some smaller items may be shipped internally using the USPS. You should allow between 4 to 7 days for the standard or default shipping service from the UK to the continental United States, depending on the receiving zip code. We can also offer expedited DHL and UPS shipping at additional cost.
The standard FedEx shipping rate to most zip codes inside the contiguous U.S.A is from $56.50 USD unless otherwise stated. Please advise your zip code when ordering. Supplemental charges may apply when shipping to rural zip codes and Alaska, Hawaii and offshore territories such as Puerto Rico. Shipping is powered by either FedEx, DHL, UPS or the USPS depending on your zip code. The package will be fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. U.S.Import Duty Due to the current "de-minimus" exemption, import tax is only charged on shipments of over $800 USD entering the United States from the United Kingdom. However, this is expected to change later in 2025, and a new 10% tariff on British made products is expected to be applied to all imports, including transactions under $800. The exact date for the introduction of this new import tax has not been announced, however we will update this page as soon as we have more information.
We ship on a Delivery at Place (DAP) basis, which means the price you pay to us will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier in order to release your order from Customs. Goods may be held by U.S. Customs and Border Protection until the duty is paid in full.
Return Policy We will accept returns or exchange products only if the following conditions are satisfied:
The product is unused and in new condition.
A returns authorization number (RA#) is obtained prior to sending the product back.
The item must be returned in suitable protective packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any cost including transit insurance that is associated with the return shipping.
Shipping and handling are not refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase amount.
All returns and exchanges must be notified to us within 3 days from product receipt.

Shipping to Non Billing Addresses Currently we do not ship orders with billing discrepancies due to high levels of online fraudulent activity. This means the shipping address and the cardholder's billing address for any order that we receive must always be the same. Reluctantly we no longer make any exceptions for office or gift addresses. Should we receive an order with a billing discrepancy the order will be immediately cancelled and the funds will be refunded to the original payment source. We will contact you via email advising your order has been cancelled and a refund issued due to a billing discrepancy.
Please note that different banks will process refunds at varying rates, and they may take between 2 to 14 days to credit the returned funds back to your card.
We will only ship to an unconfirmed address when payment is made by wire or SWIFT transfer.
